About
Homelessness affects 10,000’s of individuals and families across the UK. Yet support is a lottery, with some Local Authorities actively working to avoid their LEGAL Statutory Duties.
When reports are received we will highlight those authorities that fail to support some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.
‘Statutory Duties’ are legal duties councils and local authorities must follow, but not all do.
We will support you in contacting legal representation should you be failed by your Local Authority.
If you feel let down by your local authority please us know.
